LAMARTINE CONSEIL, société d’avocats spécialisée en transmissions d’entreprises (corporate, fusions-acquisitions, capital investissement, opérations patrimoniales, fiscalité et droit social), basée à Paris et à Lyon, recherche afin de renforcer son bureau lyonnais :

2 avocats collaborateurs en Corporate (H/F)

Collaborateur bénéficiant d’une à deux années d’expérience en Cabinet, vous serez placé sous la supervision d’un associé, votre mission comprendra principalement :

l’établissement de la documentation contractuelle nécessaire à toutes opérations de transmission d’entreprises dans le cadre d’opérations de fusion-acquisition et/ou de capital-investissement,
la réalisation d’audits juridiques,
le conseil, l’assistance juridique et la rédaction d’actes sociaux dans le cadre du suivi juridique courant des sociétés…
